The Bystander Effect is a studio project started by pianist/singer songwriter Tyler Hackett and Produced by Joshua Putney who is best known for fronting Des Moines, IA based indie rock band, Diamonds for Eyes.
Tyler writes the songs, sings and plays the piano and Joshua handles the arrangements, instrumentation and production aspects.
